# ol create agent

Create and start a new agent on the OL Hub

The **ol create agent** command creates an agent on the OL Hub. Agents can also be created in the OL Hub using the UI.

## Syntax

ol create agent AGENT\_NAME \[OPTIONS]

## Arguments

**AGENT\_NAME**

The name of the agent to be created

## Options

**--default**

Set the new agent as the default agent.

**--description**

A description of the new agent

**-env**

The deployment environment of the agent \[TEST, PROD]
