User role management

This release improves data protection and security by introducing user permission management. Account managers can control permitted user activities by assigning different roles to different team members.

Project sharing

As of this release, users can share their projects with others from the same account to increase productivity and efficiency and foster team synergy, communication, and alignment.

API field validation rules for all field types

This version enables users to create validation rules for all primitive and complex field types from the OL Hub UI instead of writing them in the source code.

Create assets in the OL Hub

The release features another milestone in moving the asset generation workflow to the Hub. Starting with COBOL-based assets, this release introduces the ability to create an asset directly from the OL hub Module page. Similar to other CLI commands that moved in recent releases to the hub, the ol add asset command is still operational in the CLI.

Performance improvements

This release introduces a dynamic resource autoscaling feature that controls the number of operational pods in response to changing resource CPU demands.

Enhancements to the mainframe dataset connector

• Retrieved VSAM records with deserialization errors return as raw data instead of failing the entire request.
• New prepackaged Get by ID asset.
• New prepackaged Search Operation asset.
