CLI - Resolve profile connection properties from environment variables values

The CLI now supports creating and using a connection profile with properties whose values are being resolved dynamically during runtime, i.e. running a connection test, fetching assets, testing assets, etc.
Instead of a static value, the connection property will reference an environment variable following the pattern ${ENV_VAR}.
